1st Prize – $100 cash prize plus 1 copy of the Horse Savvy Planner
2nd Prize – $75 cash prize plus 1 copy of the Horse Savvy Planner
3rd Prize – $50 cash prize plus 1 copy of the Horse Savvy Planner
Honorable Mention – 1 copy of the Horse Savvy Planner
Deadline for Entries for the 2023 Horse Savvy Day Planner is May 10, 2022
If you miss the deadline, please send your entry anyway. Time permitting, we may still be able to include your photo in the 2023 contest. If not, your photo will automatically be entered into the 2024 contest.
Photos We Accept
Savvy Systems accepts all photos relating to horses, their equine relationships, human and horse companions, or anything having a horse theme, including safety, health & well being. Please note that we will not publish any images that may have placed either animal or human in any unsafe or inhumane situation.
Savvy Systems is also pleased to receive photos from the following photography associations:
PPA – Professional Photographers of America
PPC – Professional Photographers of California
CIPPA – Channel Islands Professional Photographers Association
EPN – Equine Photographers Network
We do not ‘buy’ our Equine Photos – Any entries from professional photographers are done so out of their own free will and are judged no different than any other images submitted for the contest. How Photo Submissions Are Judged
Savvy Systems does not necessarily pick the best ‘shot’ photo. We choose the ones that have an awe factor, the ones we think everyone may dream of, and the ones that support what our company stands for: love, care and well being of animals. A great quality (Clear) picture is a must!!
