Following the Weekly Horse Calendar, is an additional 76+ pages of Equine Health Care Records customized for you and your horses,  separated into 6 individually tabbed sections for easy access:

1. Telephone Directory – Veterinarians’ numbers come first!
2. Equine Information – Where you can detail each horse up to 12 horses individually with: Name, Registration number, Breed, Sex, Markings, Color, Height, Weight, Date of Birth as well as the horse’s Father & Mother.
3. Vaccination & De-worming – Gives you a system with the most frequent vaccinations for Canada and the USA, on an easy to use checklist system with an open area to list your own de-worming products.
4. Veterinarian Dental, Feed & Breeding – Horses name, date, and service provided can be easily tracked in this section.
